Advatech sponsors the “IT T@lent” contest

We would like to inform you that Advatech became the sponsor of “IT T@lent” in Szczawno Zdrój.

On December 8, 2009 the 9th edition of the IT Knowledge Contest “IT Talent” will be held.
Junior high school and high school pupils from the districts of Wałbrzych, Kamienna Góra, Świdnica and Kłodzko will fight for the valuable prizes. Around 90 participants, delegated from schools as persons with special IT talents, will take part in the contest.

The primary goals of the IT Knowledge Contest “IT T@lent” are as follows:

Providing motivation for teachers’ and pupils’ interest in IT;
Expanding the cooperation of school teachers in the education of talented youth;
Stimulating the cognitive activity of IT-talented youth;
Forming the skills of independent collecting and the expanding of IT knowledge;
Providing the youth with the possibility of fair competition in the development of their skills, and the teachers with conditions for creative work with their pupils;
Promoting talented youth among the employers;
Establishing cooperation between schools and employers.
